Henley Business School Malta and the Malta Business School have begun a series of free events focusing on one of the major issues in today’s business challenges – the need for effective leaders to deal with ongoing change.

Lorenzo Mulè Stagno, Local Programme Director and tutor on the Henley MBA, and Ms Claire Collins, Head Tutor on Leadership and Change, spoke at the event.

Claire Collins is currently doing doctoral research in Developing Leaders and Coaching. The experience of doing her MBA at Henley enabled her to spread her wings and take on the role of CEO in a London law firm. Ms Collins explained the importance of strong leadership for an effective management style using examples from industry and her own extensive experience.
