Malta Enterprise promoted Malta and the opportunities that the country offers at the 11th edition of the Call Centre World, held over three days between 22-24 February in Berlin.

Call Centre World is the leading European event for the contact centre industry, serving as an ideal platform where the various stakeholders can share business ideas and view the latest technologies and know-how that are often launched at the event itself.

More than 250 exhibitors from 15 countries demonstrate a huge range of products and services at the event, which also comprises a number of congresses and business fora.
