FIFA Referee Marco Borg will be controlling the friendly ‘A’ international match between Cyprus and Bulgaria, to be played at Papadouplos Stadium, Larnaca, today.

His Assistant Referees will be FIFA officials Ingmar Spiteri and Joseph Camilleri. The Fourth Official is to be appointed by the Cyprus FA.

UEFA has also appointed FIFA referee Esther Azzopardi, above, to officiate in the European Women’s Under-19 Championship 2011 Second Qualifying Round Group 1 mini-tournament to be played in Denmark between 31 March and 5 April.

Mitchell Scerri has been appointed as Assistant Referee.

The teams taking part with hosts Denmark will be France, Netherlands and Lithuania.

Ms Azzopardi and Scerri will be involved in these three matches which will be played at TRE-FOR Park Stadium, Odense:

31 March, France – Denmark (Ms Azzopardi will be the referee).

2 April, Denmark – Netherlands (Ms Azzopardi will be the referee).

5 April, Lithuania – Denmark (Ms Azzopardi will be the fourth official).
