National team swimmer Nicola Muscat achieved the Minimum Qualifying Standard set by the MOC on Saturday during the ASA’s time-trials at Tal-Qroqq Pool.

She clocked 26.93 in the 50m free to improve on her own previous timing of 27.16.

Through this timing, she became eligible to participate in the forthcoming GSSE being held in Liechtenstein in June. Nicola Muscat is coached by ASA national coach Andy Colbourn.

Neptunes wwimmer Neil Muscat improved on his own Age Group B record in the 100m back when he clocked 1.09.87 to erase his previous timing of 1.10.55.
