During their last Council meeting, the Malta Employers’ Association have elected the officers group. The president is Joshua Zammit. Mr Zammit is an Organisational Development and Human Resources practitioner with 13 years experience in both the public and private sectors. Initially he trained as an organisational psychologist obtaining a Master degree from the University of Hull in the UK, Joshua moved into management consultancy soon after his graduation. He has held various senior level positions in public organisations and is currently employed with Actavis Ltd where he holds both corporate and local positions. Over the past years, Joshua has been involved in consultancy work, teaching and speaking engagements both locally and internationally.

Mr Zammit has been involved in the Malta Employers’ Association for the past six years.
