The Church in Malta, namely, the bishops, have been accused of dragging their feet and keeping silent for much too long on the paedophile priests’ case.

Is it because the abused people are a tiny minority and, hence, are not regarded as forming part of “the common good”, the buzz words mostly used and abused by the bishops in their anti-responsible divorce hysteria?
