The Sliema Wanderers football nursery will be organising a full day event to promote football in the community.

A recruitment day for boys and girls wishing to pursue the dream of every footballer is invited for football related fun games and dedicated sessions today from 11 am at the Point Piazza.

A football pitch is being laid purposely in the piazza for this event. Boys and girls between the age of 4 and 11 are invited to join in the fun and test if the game is their passion.

The sessions and games have been designed and will be conducted by Leroy Moore an academy Qualified Coach at Leicester City’s academy.

Leroy and the Sliema Wanderers head coach and administrators will be answering any parents’ questions how the nursery functions, or on football development programs followed at the nursery.

Boys and girls showing potential will be offered free trail, session with their respective nursery age group until the end of the season.

All parents are invited to let your young ones join in the fun whilst one enjoys shopping or relaxing at one of the cafes at The Point Shopping Mall.
