We would like to let the public know about the shameful disservice and hard time our family is going through with Farell Bathrooms (also known as Dream Face Ltd) of Zurrieq.

Way back in June 2010, we ordered a bathroom and agreed delivery for September of the same year. The bathroom finally arrived in December after several enquiries about the delay and putting up with their sarcastic approach of “don’t worry mate”.

In the meantime we were also promised that we would get to see a picture of the proposed bathroom layout within a week, though also this was considerably delayed and arrived after a staggering 20 weeks.

When we finally received the bathroom set we noticed that an item (WC) was different to the model of the bathroom set displayed in the showroom. So we asked for it to be replaced soonest possible to be able to have the full bathroom in place.

Even though we were promised this would arrive within a month, as of today, after several calls to their outlet, after seven months since our original agreed delivery date and also after three months waiting for item to be replaced as promised, other than excuses we remain in the dark about the status of the item, leaving us with an incomplete bathroom suite and useless bathroom.

To add insult to injury, since chasing Farell Bathrooms for the pending item and complaining about the huge delay, we were greeted with sheer arrogance when once, to our astonishment, they also replied “Just come for your money, we’ve had enough of your bullshit and get a life.”

All these various delays clearly show their incompetence and ineptitude as they cannot commit to their own declared timeframes, and what’s worse is the unbelievable disrespect shown to their paying customers.
