God what a weird country Malta is. This has nothing to do with building a hotel. It’s about giving people the right of a second chance at happiness if their marriage goes wrong. It’s about giving Maltese people the right to think for themselves rather than have the Church or state do it for them. What impact will divorce have on Maltese society? Absolutely none if you belong to that section of society who are not interested in divorce. I just can’t understand what gives people the right to impose their ideals on the rest of the country. Try and understand, if you don’t want or need a divorce then we promise you won’t be forced into having one. Jeez!
