I think that Noel Grima has resorted (perhaps uncharacteristically) to very cheap tactics in trying to persuade female readers (how sexist) that it was okay to vote in favour of divorce (TMIS, 24 April).

I am quite sure that the vast majority of readers, irrespective of their position on the matter, could see through his ploy.
