Celtic Beat Kilmarnock to stay in SPL title hunt

Celtic kept alive its hopes of toppling Rangers from the Scottish Premier League summit with a 2-0 victory at Kilmarnock yesterday.

After recovering from a shock loss at Inverness on Wednesday, Celticare a point behind defending champions Rangers with two games remaining.

Captain Scott Brown put Celtic ahead in first-half stoppage time with a close-range header and Kris Commons sealed the win in the 68th minute with a 25-metre (yard) strike.

On Saturday, Rangers routed Hearts 4-0.
