The Maltese Council for Sport has augured best wishes to Team Malta at the forthcoming Liechtenstein Games for European Small States next week.
In a statement, Bernard Vassallo, chairman and also on behalf of the KMS Board of Directorsaugured the very best of luck to the Maltese Olympic Committee, National Sport Federation officials and all the competing athletes who will be representing Malta in the forthcoming Games of the Small States of Europe next week in Liechtenstein.
We are sure that the best effort has been made in the build up to these Games and Kunsill Malti għall-iSport is proud to have assisted consistently, directly either to the MOC or to the National Sport Federations, in the development and preparation of the athletes.
We firmly believe that there are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from failure.
In this regard, we yearn that each Malta athlete primarily puts in the maximum concentration and effort next week, whatever the outcome of each competition and without unnecessary pressure, and be worthy ambassadors for their sport and our country.
