Neptunes Emirates will be seeking their third consecutive win in Group A of the Bank of Valletta Waterpolo league today when they face Sirens Ritter Sport.

It is the main match on the programme which also includes the Group B clash between San Giljan Firetech and Marsascala mean.com.mt.

Neptunes strolled to an easy win against Valletta on Sunday and they are now expected to repeat the dose against Sirens this evening.

However, Sirens were hit hard on Sunday when they were beaten by Exiles in their opening commitment.

It was a bitter defeat for the St Paul’s Bay side who were just a shadow of the team that did relatively well in the winter league some weeks ago.

In the other match, San Giljan should be considered favourites to win their second match from as many matches not only to keep their maximum points record, but also to keep the pace with leaders Sliema in Group B.

Marsascala lost heavily in their opening clash against Sliema, but will certainly do their utmost to avoid such a heavy defeat again.
