The council of Tennis Club Kordin is staging the first edition of the PKF team tournament.

It is being held between 19 and 23 October 2011. This tournament is being sponsored by PKF firm of Accountants & Business Advisors.

This tournament will be played on two rounds on a round robin basis. Each match will consist of two sets and one point will be given for every set won. The first four teams with the highest number of points will pass on to the semi finals. The first placed team will play against the team in the fourth place while the second placed team plays against the third team in the table.

Between 19 July and 22 September matches will played on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 1 to 23 October the tournament will continue on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Those players who are unable to play on these days/dates are kindly asked not to apply for participation in this tournament.

Members are hereby informed that applications for participation in the tournament are to be made Online through the club’s Website www.tennisclubkordin.com by not later than 19 June.

Presentation of trophies will be held during a social evening organised for the occasion by the committee. The date of this activity will be announced at a later date.
