Josephine Grima, above, the only Maltese player who has been playing professional basketball for over eight years in Italy, will be joining Depiro’s coaching staff for the Summer Basketball School.

Throughout the months of July and August, she will be in charge of the Under 12 and Under 14 girls.

Depiro’s President, Anthony Vella, said that this is a unique opportunity for kids of these age groups to learn the fundamentals of basketball from an experienced player.
