Birkirkara FC will be leaving Malta today on their way to Shkoder in Albania where, on Thursday, they face Vllaznia in the second leg of their first qualifying round tie. Birkirkara lost the first leg last Thursday 1-0.
The squad is travelling to Albania via Rome and should arrive in Shkoder early tomorrow morning.
The squad will have two training sessions on Wednesday. The match is being played on Thursday and kicks off at 7.30pm.
Coach Patrick Curmi and his assistant Peter Pullicino are taking the following 17 players to Albania:
Goalkeepers: Jorge Mora, Karl Magri.
Defenders: Andrew Decesare, Andrew Scicluna, Angus Buhagiar, Joseph Zerafa, Marcis Savinovs, Ryan Camenzuli.
