Twelve goalkeepers from the Mario Muscat Goalkeeper School will be attending a training camp in one of the best goalkeeper schools in Italy.

This camp will take place between 9 and 16 July at Scuola Numero Uno located in Chianciano, a province of Siena. This will be the fifth consecutive year that local keepers will be attending this camp.

Every summer, a large number of goalkeepers, among the best in Italy, attend this camp. This school is run by Giuseppe De Fidio, goalkeeper’s coach of Italy’S Serie D national team.

The goalkeepers will be accompanied by Mario Muscat himself and Simon Grech. This will be a unique opportunity for all keepers as they will have the opportunity to show their talents inf ront of various scouts and coaches of clubs like Torino, Padova, Arezzo, Udinese and Inter.

Last season, Mattia Perin, an ex student of scoula numero 1,  made his debut in the Serie A.
