It was a memorable weekend for Skeet shooter Clive Farrugia when he managed his personal best ever score of 121/125 during The MSG Skeet Selection.

On Saturday Clive managed 22/25 in his first round followed by two perfect straits of 25/25 for 72/75. Yesterday he started with another perfect 25/25, followed by 24/25.

This meant a brilliant score of 121/125 being his best ever in Skeet shooting.

During the barrage finals he managed 22/25 for a total of 143/150 to finish first overall in this event.

Clive is leaving Malta this morning for Slovania where he will be competing in the Skeet event at The ISSF World Cup 2011 Maribor on Thursday and Friday.

Darren Vella was second this weekend with 135 (114+21) followed by Joe Muscat with 131 (110+21), Jason Sciberras with 119 (97+22) and Ian Grima in fifth with 114 (94+20).
