The San Giljan tournament got underway on Tuesday at their pitch with Valletta Dhalia and San Giljan Giuseppe’s winning their matches.

Valletta beat Marco Risso School 13-11, while San Giljan defeated Lerici Sport 9-7.

Leading the scorers list after Day 1 was Cini of Valletta, followed by Maffe of Marco Risso School and Bianchi of San Giljan with four each.
