The annual general meeting of the Malta Football Association for 2011 is being held today at the Dragonara Point Ballroom, Westin Dragonara Resort, St Julian’s.

The agenda is the following:

i. Verification of the composition of the Meeting and of the Delegates entitled to vote.

ii. Approval of the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 7 August 2010.

iii. Approval of the Minutes of the last Extraordinary General Meeting held on 22 June 2011.

iv. Approval of the Report of Activities of the Association (Administrative Report) for the year 2010/2011.

v. Approval of the Audited Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Association (Financial Report) for the year 2010/2011.

vi. Election of the Ordinary Members of the Executive Committee of the Association for the year 2011/2012.

vii. Nomination of the External Auditors of the association for the year 2011/2012.

viii. Additions or alterations to the Statute of the association.

ix. Motions.

The candidates nominated and approved by the Electoral Commission to fill in the 14 seats of Ordinary Members of the Executive Committee for the year 2011/2012 (item vi on the Agenda) are the following:
