After signing the UK’s no.1 player Chris Thomas, left, Valletta Subbuteo Club have added their second foreign signing this summer.

Christian Short, who is ranked number 49 in the world, is joining his team mate here with the Maltese club.

His first commitment with the Citizens will be in September at the Cardiff Arena where the team will take part in the Wales Grand Prix.

The team comprising Derek Conti, Samuel Bartolo, Mario Camilleri, Christian Short, Chris Thomas and Jason Pisani, are looking to make a good impression on foreign shores.
