Just days ago M’skala were surprised by the Ta Xbiex outfit, and lost the K.O. final. This time around they repeated the performance against the same adversaries, as in the first round of play, this time ending up with a better advantage.

Marsaskala built up a good opening session lead, controlled play in the middle two sessions, and then hammered Ta Xbiex once more in the last period, for a strong favourable score.

Milos Koralji was unstoppable for the winners, as he poured in a total of ten goals, the highest yet this season, with Duncan Cassar getting four strikes more. Ta Xbiex had a resurgent Rheinhard attard with a hat trick. Marsaskala had Stephen Micallef on his second missed match, due to suspension.

There were few man ups, with both sides getting two goals out of three, to even things out.
