HP introduced the t5570e Thin Client to its industry-leading Windows-based thin client portfolio, which enables customers to simplify client virtualisation management and deployment with a desktop platform designed with the environment in mind.

Pre-installed with Microsoft Windows Embedded Standard 7, the latest Windows Embedded OS, the HP t5570e Thin Client supports local applications; leading desktop virtualisation software such as Citrix ICA 12.0, Microsoft RDP 7.1 with Remote FX, and VMware View 4.5; and also includes a web browser to ensure rich, PC-like experiences in a variety of virtual desktop or cloud computing environments. The enterprise-ready integrated Wi-Fi option, native dual-digital monitor support and six USB ports provide a wide range of connectivity options for a robust end-user environment.

Ideal for the security and compliance needs of financial services institutions and government agencies, the HP t5570e features an Enhanced Write Filter, secure USB compartment and optional Smart Cards for greater end point security.
