The second edition of the Mare Blu Cup will be played this evening at the Centenary Stadium, starting at 7.30pm.

Long-time rivals Valletta and Ħamrun will be vying for the second edition of the Cup.

Proceeds from the gate money (one euro from each ticket sold) will got to Puttinu Cares Foundation, after an agreement between the two teams’ supporters’ clubs.

Tickets for the Mare Blu Cup are priced at €6.

A large crowd is expected to watch the match which will bring back the sporting rivalry that existed not so many years ago between the two rivals.
