The Under 16 Women National team obtained their second victory in the FIBA Europe Division C championship in La Vella Andorra.

Sandro Farrugia’s girls had another good performance this time against Gibraltar and won the game 52-26. Thanks to this victory, Malta will now play against Cyprus in the semi-final today.

Monique Caruana and Gaby Mifsud were Malta’s top scorers with 8 points each whilst Julia Xerri had 10 rebounds.
