Over the next six months, Vodafone Malta will be investing €11 million to further finance projects aimed at improving its customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This investment, part of a larger on-going capital investment project, was announced by Vodafone Malta last Monday.
Mr. Balesh Sharma, Vodafone Malta CEO, said that the overhaul of the CRM system will help them in reaching their ultimate aim and commitment of providing the best user experience to their customers. “Our customers already have the best customer experience. We want our customers to continue recognising that Vodafone has the best network, the best devices, the best plans and a quality customer care.”
Despite the fact that mobile penetration in Malta is above 100%, Vodafone still believes that there is room for growth as trends clearly show that locally, as in other major European countries, the demand for data is increasing.
During the announcement, Vodafone Malta introduced their new Head of Technology, Mr. Andrew de la Torre, who revealed that Vodafone Malta has been confirmed as the operator that provides the fastest file download and upload performance among all mobile radio networks in Malta. This certification came after an independent study by the German company P3 Communication GMbh, which is one of the leading European providers for radio network testing, independent measurement and audits of service quality.
