Neptunes Emirates’ Steve Camilleri is the BoV Waterpolo First Division Player of the Month for August.  

Camilleri’s performance was instrumental in Neptunes’ efforts that enabled them to clinch the BoV First Division championship this year.

Steve can play in every position but he has a deadly shot from the five-metre position and can feed his team mates well due to his great vision of the game.

Valletta goalkeeper Andrea Sammut was voted best player for the month of August in the Second Division.

A series of fine saves, especially in the first match of the three-game final against Marsascala enabled Valletta to force a decider in the final.
