The judiciary, or the judges and magistrates, have a number of problems to air, the foremost being the pecuniary consideration.  It’s appreciated a number of CEOs are very much overpaid, both if considered per se and also, if the GDP is taken into account.  Moreover, this creates a deep divide in the way national wealth is distributed.

The average worker and pensioners also have serious financial problems, and they are a voice in the wilderness.  

Nothing is being done to control high prices. The unions appear feeble, and government rides roughshod.  

Coming back to the judiciary, they can step down any time they want to. Psychologically, their attitude could adversely affect confidence in the law courts, which is already badly shaken. Why? Simple; unmotivated staff.
