Maltese Double Trap shooter William Chetcuti was in action yesterday at The ISSF World Cup Finals 2011 at Al Ain, Abu Dhabi UAE.

In tempretures of 38 celcuis, William managed 46/50 in his first round, 42/50 in his second and 46/50 in his third round for a total of 134/150. With this score William placed 8th overal, two clays short of reaching the barrage finals.

Sodhi Ronjan - India placed first with 142+45=187/200+s/off+2, followed by Hu Binyuan - China with 144+43=187/200+s/off+1, Fokeev Vitaley - Russia with 138+47=185/200, Innocenti Marco - Italy with 136+44=180/200, Eller Walton - USA with 136+42=178/200 and Wilson Peter Russel - Great Britain with 136+42=178/200.

Italy’s Di Spigno Danielle was 7th with 136/150 and Chetcuti William in 8th with 134/150 .
