I would just like to know what kind of leadership Europe is showing these days. Is this what we joined?
The EU does not want Greece to leave the eurozone, but then it dithers about the bailout money Greece needs. Indecision is wreaking havoc with the markets. Who can blame investors in not trusting Europe’s finance ministers?
Why doesn’t Europe get on with it? Throw Greece out, or give it the money it needs, if it deserves it. In September the ministers were to decide about the bailout money in October, now the decision is put off to November?
Just what is Tonio Fenech doing with all this travelling to and fro for the Ecofin meetings? Is he making any contribution at all, or do we have a ċuċ Malti as finance minister?
