Malta will be playing against the strong Germany side this evening at Tal-Qroqq pool in the second leg of the European Men’s Championship 2012 qualifying round.

The Germans will qualify for the final round of 16 teams. This round is to be played in The Netherlands in 2012.

In last week’s match, Germany beat Malta 21-5 and thus today’s match is just a formality.

National coach Sergio Afric has selected the following 13 players to form the Malta squad for this evening’s match:

Alan Borg Cole, Niki Lanzon, Timothy Sullivan, Michele Stellini, Mark Meli, John Soler, Steven Camilleri, Jordan Camilleri, Clint Debono, Andrea Bianchi, Paul Fava, Daniel Paolella, Dean Camilleri.

The LEN delegate for this match is Issy Kramer of Israel. The referees are Radonjic of Slovenia and David of France.

The game starts at 6pm and entrance is free of charge.
