On 13 October, in the US, it was Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day – declared so by both the House or Representatives and Congress in 2009. We, the Metastatic Breast Cancer Network [email protected] have members from around the world. One may take a look at how we serve metastatic patients – we have information kits, videos of talks from our yearly conferences at top cancer centres in the US and lots of other information to offer.

We are delighted to know that awareness of Stage 4 disease is getting some attention; so often we are ignored and hidden in the shadows.
