On Friday 14 October, the InterContinental Malta’s Cynergi Health & Fitness Club, the hammam and Carisma Spa were filled with guests as they celebrated the newly refurbished, ‘Bigger, Better, Bolder’ gym and the opening of the hammam & The Carisma Spa.

For many years now, Cynergi Health and Fitness Club has been committed to providing the best fitness experience possible. The decision to have the premises revamped and services increased was undertaken for this very reason.  Included in the refurbishment are: an improved pool area; Spa; hammam; increased space in the resistance, free-weight and stretch areas; and a brand new cardio fitness suite – all of which contribute to the making of an all-round bigger, brighter gym that will allow members to enjoy their time at Cynergi more than ever.

Members can benefit from the use of the Turkish bath (hammam) at no additional charge, and can avail themselves of the services within, such as scrubs and massages at reduced rates as well as other services at the Spa.

Monthly memberships start from a mere €34, with students now having the opportunity to enjoy a full membership at Cynergi (including use of the gym, pool, hammam, sauna, classes, and much more) for only €39 a month.

Cynergi has two squash courts and a large group exercise studio.  A kids club is also available for babysitting during gym hours.
