Early Hosticks pressure resulted in the winning of four penalty corners and having a shot hooked off the line and over the bar by the 26th minute of the game.   

Shawn Grima scored in the 30th minute to put Hotsticks ahead. 

White Hart reacted immediately and had a shot which shaved the post just before half time. 

After starting brightly in the second half, White Hart were caught out defensively in the 42nd minute and Lukas Plaehn doubled Hotsticks lead. 

The game then became entertaining with play alternating end to end and chances being created by both sides.  

Although both teams won penalty corners, they were unable to alter the scoreline despite being close to scoring on more than one occasion.
