A new sports programme – MOC Olympic Special – commences today on Malta Stars of Melita from 9pm. It will be transmitted every Thursday.

Today’s first programme will include shots of Maltese athletes who took part in the recent Mediterranean Friendship Games in Syracuse, Sicily, as well as interviews with some of those who took part and the president of the MOC, Mr Justice Lino Farrugia Sacco.

The programme will also deal with the successes of the Maltese athletes during the Games for the European Small States in Liechtenstein in June.

The programme is produced and presented by Vicky Licari and Marjo Parascandolo.
