In a company announcement issued this week, MIDI stated that Paul Bonello resigned from the post of director of the company with effect from last Monday.

He has been replaced on MIDI’s board by another Bonello, Joseph, as a non-executive director. This Mr Bonello has been active in the private industry for over 35 years mainly involved in the international procurement and trading of goods and services. He is also a director and company secretary of Fortress Developments Ltd which is a shareholder of MIDI.
