Hibernians striker Clayton Failla is the BOV Player of the Month for October 2011.

Failla’s performances during this month helped Hibernians to the top of the Premier League. With four goals in as many matches and being voted BOV Player of the Match in the Hibernians-Mqabba match where he netted two goals in Hibs 4-1 victory, made Failla an automatic choice for this award this month.

Failla was presented with the BOV Player of the Month trophy by Stefan Abela from Bank of Valletta’s marketing department, in front of the Hibernians fans prior to their match against Floriana at the Victor Tedesco Stadium.

Failla chose Puttinu Cares to receive the donation related to this award.
