Austin Gatt has again predicted that the PL “will remain in opposition”. The reason given by the “minister-of-failures”, is that the PL “had no ideas”. 

God forbid that the PL will ever have the same ideas as those manifested by Dr Gatt, especially in the reform of the public transport system.
