Local international basketball referee Bernard Vassallo received a further nomination from FIBA for another game in the European sphere in the coming week.

In fact, Vassallo will, today, referee the FIBA EuroCup Group C match in France between hosts Nantes and Belgian outfit Dexia Namur.

This is the second day of the competition after that last week Nantes beat Vagos 70-39 in Portugal whereas Namur succumbed 62-68 at home to Turkish team of Ankara.

The officiating crew for this encounter, apart from Vassallo who is the crew chief, will consist of Fabrizio Pizio (Switzerland) and Sami Barrima (Portugal).
