I have been instructed by the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal (EPRT) to clarify any misunderstanding that may have arisen with respect to articles and correspondence that appeared in this newspaper regarding the appeal, PAB 29/10, against the development in the garden at Ghaxaq (PA 1066/04).

This appeal was decided by the Planning Appeals Board (PAB) constituted in terms of Chapter 356 of the Laws of Malta and not by the EPRT constituted in terms of Chapter 504 of the Laws of Malta.
