One of the main objectives of the new MBA administration since taking office in June was the refurbishment of the Ta’ Qali Pavilion.

Week after week, people coming to Ta’ Qali to watch local games can witness the improvement. This can be highly noted in the entrance of the complex, the stands, the bar area and a new playing area which was created for kids.

The last addition to these upgrades is the graphic action posters behind the main stand. These posters, shown in the photo, give a much more modern look to the basketball court.

The photo for the new look of the pavilion was also posted on the association’s Face-Book page and the local fans of the game left several positive comments apart from over 100 likes in a few hours.

The President of the MBA, Paul Sultana, said that the MBA appreciates the fact that the spectators are encouraging the association to continue on the work being done.

He said that the MBA is doing everything possible to ensure a better environment for all those who go there to watch the games.
