I have been instructed to write to you by the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal (EPRT) in order to clarify any misunderstanding that may have arisen with respect to articles and correspondence that appeared in this newspaper regarding the appeal, PAB 29/10, against the development in the garden in Għaxaq (PA 1066/04).

This appeal was decided by the Planning Appeals Board (PAB) constituted in terms of Chapter 356 of the Laws of Malta and not by the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal (EPRT) constituted in terms of Chapter 504 of the Laws of Malta.
