It happens every year, without fail. It can be sunny one day, and on the next day, we get a massive deluge of rain. People still get into their cars and drive, people still try and cross the road and people still stand close to the foreshore as massive waves pound the coastline. And then, they wonder why they get caught in the floods. If everyone just used a bit more common sense (which is not so common), then we would have less issues and less problems for the Rescue Corps. Until next year then.
