The Financial Times of 14 November reported that the British Prime Minister was going to “meet business leaders to thrash out ideas to tackle youth unemployment… as ministers brace themselves for jobless total among 16-24-year-olds hitting one million for the first time”.

On the other hand, European Commissioner Cecilia Malmstorm was quoted as affirming that, “despite the European Union economic woes and high unemployment, the bloc will need to attract more migrants…” (TMIS, 20 November).

I am almost regretting not going to Imperium Europa’s meeting last Thursday 17 November at Armier!
