On the 9 December, as part of the Human Rights Day and in collaboration with Transplant Support Group (Malta), Youth For The Environment (Y4TE) gave student’s a chance to take a pro-active step for the community and become Organ Donors.

For the second time this year, an organ donation appeal was set up on Campus by Y4TE; urging students to give someone a second chance at life.

Organ Donor applications were available from both from the stand, set up in Student House, and online via the Transplant Support website. By the end of the day, the tally of new registrants was up to a notable 31 people, marking the event as a great success.

Y4TE is very pleased with the encouraging response shown by students towards this noble cause.
