I congratulate the Band Clubs Association of Malta which every year take cares of organising the Feast of St Cecilia, patron of musicians.

This year I attended the symphonic concert held at the Manoel Theatre on Sunday 13 November.

The ‘Banda Dekana and Cittadina L’Isle Adam Rabat-Mdina’ founded in the year 1860 took part. The concert was grand and of a very high level.

I congratulate all those who took part in this concert. I admit that I felt proud of Rabat much more than ever before.
