The Art Of Fighting run by Sensei Simon Chetcuti recently organised a graduation event for the kickboxing fighters.

During this event, nine fighters graduated under different belts where three of them were black belts which is important to mention because more Maltese fighters have a good level of experience in the art of kickboxing.

The graduation took place in the new gym located at Fgura.

The exam was finalised with marks for each athlete. It consisted of a high level of technical control of punches, kicks, defence and even a high level of physical endurance especially for those who were aiming to achieve their black belt.

The fighters are:

Keith Mills who graduated for his First Dan Black Belt

Alfred Bonici, Renalt Hayman and Joseph Mark Bonello for the Green Belt

Jean Pierre Ellul for the Orange Belt

Sharon Shoulder and Brenda Micallef for the Yellow Belt
