Politicians are elected not to serve themselves, but to serve the people who elected them. But it seems that Franco Debono does not know what this means, seeing that his only interest seems to be to find ways how to climb up.

His interviews and his press conferences have exposed him as a man who is only interested in being appointed minister, perhaps even higher up. He accuses others of being arrogant, but then the way he speaks exposes him as someone who is full of himself.

It is a pity. I think that the man is intelligent and had so much to contribute. But he went about doing it the wrong way.
