Twelve Premier League players were banned by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner yesterday with Tarxien’s Ricardo Costa being the worst hit - he has been suspended for two matches.

The 11 others were all suspended one match each. They are:

Gareth Sciberras and Joseph Zerafa of Birkirkara, Omar Borg of Hamrun S., Patrick Borg of Marsaxlokk, Gilbert Martin of Mosta, Claudio Calleja of Mqabba, Jonathan Bondin and Joseph Farrugia of Qormi, Giuseppe Muscat and Roderick Bajada of Soliema W. and Orosco Anonam of Tarxien R.
