Floriana FC Nursery and SS Lazio will be holding football trials at the Floriana pitch on Monday 6 and 7 February, for boys born between 1997 and 1998.

This came about as a result of the Collaboration Agreement between SS Lazio and Floriana FC Nursery in 2011.

A one-hour session will be held (20 boys per session) under Lazio coaches. A maximum of 80 boys, from various nurseries in Malta and Gozo will undergo this trial. 30 boys will be then chosen by the Lazio coaches to participate in a match to be held in March. These boys will eventually be shortlisted to five, who will then participate in the Lazio youth training camp, in Summer 2012.

Application forms are available online through Floriana FC Nursery website and from the Nursery’s premises in Floriana. They will be received by the Nursery’s Secretary up till Wednesday 1 February.

The first 80 applications received will be accepted.
